Mohammad Sarfaraz Ninad is a Chartered Certified Accountant and ATOL Accountant with deep expertise in business process automation, ESG integration, internal audit practices, and technology‑enabled governance. With more than Ten years of professional experience and over six years in FinTech and digital innovation he helps organisations modernise operations, strengthen internal controls, and embed sustainable, data‑driven processes.

Mohammad is the CEO & Founder of Green Barter, a UN‑supported digital sustainability platform, and CEO & Founder of Green Assets for Don & Ben, an asset‑empowerment and technology‑driven social impact initiative. His work reflects a strong commitment to tech sustainability, circular economy models, and responsible automation.

As a Partner at Swindon Chartered Certified Accountants, he leads advisory work across automation, ESG reporting, internal audit enhancement, and operational resilience. He is an Internal Audit practitioner, affiliated with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

His earlier career includes roles with Nexia International and S.F. Ahmed Chartered Accountants (HLB International ), where he managed complex audit portfolios for major multinational clients. He has also worked extensively across the public sector, including the Ministry of Health, Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), and multiple World Bank–assisted projects, as well as INGOs and large private‑sector organisations in the UK, Bangladesh, and the UAE.

Mohammad is an ACCA Advocacy Champion Award winner, an ACCA Changemaker, and a Runner‑Up for Best Business in Innovation in Newham, London reflecting his commitment to community‑centred innovation and digital inclusion. He also serves as an ACCA Advocate, Early Career Ambassador, and mentor supporting early‑career professionals in audit and digital finance. A recognised Tech Sustainability Leader, Mohammad continues to champion responsible automation, ESG‑aligned innovation, and technology for public good, alongside active civic engagement in East London.
